Do you have a question? See if you can find your answer here! What do I need before I purchase this design? TOP
You will need the proper embroidery machine and equipment/programs in order to transfer the design from your computer to your embroidery machine. These are not iron on designs nor can they be sewn on by hand. I can't open the zip file; what do I do? TOP
We have found that some computers have security features and firewalls that will not allow them to open e-mail download attachments! We suggest you turn those features off in order to download and save the files needed (then turn your security back on). If this doesn't work, contact us through the website and we can e-mail the zip files to you again. When will I receive my applique design? TOP
Our website offers instant download 24/7! You will have two chances to download your design(s).
1) You will have the opportunity to download your design files immediately following the Paypal checkout process. You should be redirected to a download page when your payment is complete.
2) The design(s) you purchase are also automatically and immediately e-mailed to you for download. Please double check the e-mail address you enter upon checkout! You will have 48 hours to download the file(s). Check your spam folder if you don't see your download e-mail immediately! Still nothing? Contact me through the website! Do you offer instant download? TOP
YES! All designs are available via instant download 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Keep this in mind when ordering and download and save your designs immediately! Download links will expire after 48 hours. I have ordered a design but haven't received it! What do I do? TOP
Please contact me if you have purchased a design and have not received it! I will be happy to resend it! But first, check your e-mail spam folder! Occasionally "attachment" e-mails are sent there. Do you have more designs not pictured? TOP
Currently all the designs we have for sale are on the website! Please check back often ~ we will be adding new designs every week!! I do have an embroidery blog (www.rosemarygulledge.blogspot.com) featuring Applique Cafe designs as well as designs from many other websites. I can only sell AC designs! Do you offer designs in .ART format? TOP
Yes! Our designs are now available in ART format, as well as PES, JEF, SEW, XXX, VIP, EXP, DST, HUS.
If you need a format not listed, please contact me! How do I add a name or initials to my design? TOP
I highly recommend Sew What Pro, available at www.sandscomputing.com, for merging and editing! It is an affordable program and you can download a 30 day trial before you buy it! If you use Monogram Wizard Plus, an upgrade merge application is available too that will merge designs with the monograms you create in MWP. I have only used SWP so I do not have any experience with the MWP upgrade! |
